We are pleased to announce that DESIFEST 2020 will happen digitally! While the world stopped in reaction to COVID-19, music didn’t. With the support of our music community, fans and TD, we were able to continue showcasing music and new artists from across Canada, the US and the globe. Our team invested time and money into technology that has enabled us to bring the same quality music and fan experience via the DESIFEST Facebook page. Since April, over 75 showcases, over 1M in reach and 500k in fan engagement!

In June, for six (6) weekends, DESIFEST will host FREE concerts, showcasing chart-topping desi urban music artists. Kicking off the sessions will be Navin Kundra and Parichay; live on DESIFEST Facebook and IG accounts. DESIFEST is hosting a unique Canada Day concert award-winning band, JoSH. JoSH has been a crucial part of DESIFEST history, playing the show in Year 1, Year 10 and now our first digital concert. The concert is happening on July 1st at 6 pm, on the DESIFEST Facebook channel.
